Exchanges and Refunds
Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for changes of mind, alternate style requests, or size preferences. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Return Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Unused and unaltered, with all toolkit items included.
• Returned in its original packaging.

Return Process
