SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Orders within the USA typically arrive within 4-10 business days. We aim to process orders within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.

International Shipping
International deliveries usually take 2-4 weeks. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout based on your location. Keep in mind that the provided shipping times are a guide and Venuz Nails cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or other potential issues.

Shipping Details
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges and Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind on sizes or style. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase. 

Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. 

Return Process

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it. 
  • Unused, with all toolkit items. 
  • In its original packaging. 
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and order number. 

Initiate a return by contacting us at VNZNAILS@GMAIL.COM. Include proof of purchase and order number in your return request. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
